- The product is guaranteed to be free from defect in parts and assembly.
How long does the coverage last?
- One year from purchase date.
What does this warranty not cover?
- Any damage to zippers or garments from use of the FixnZip™ slider. -Any use of this product other than replacing zipper sliders.
What will CTF do to correct the problem?
- Within 30 days of purchase, CTF will: Replace the faulty FixnZip™ slider -OR- -Issue a refund. (After 30 days CTF will only replace the faulty FixnZip™ slider.)
Is FixnZip™ Satisfaction Guaranteed?
- Yes. If you’re not satisfied within 30 days after purchase, you can send it back for a refund.
